“Gluten-Free Cakes”  Join Jennifer Cinquepalmi to prepare and sample wonderful gluten-free cakes.  This class will include Chocolate Truffle Cheesecake, Lemon Poppyseed Cake, Hot Fudge Molten Cakes, and Apple Dapple Cake which can be served for breakfast or as a dessert.

Attached is the list that Market Street has put together that lists their gluten free products and where they're found in the store.  The Food for Life frozen GF breads are not the best offering in the frozen bread department, in my opinion.  They do carry Gillian's frozen gluten free rolls, which are quite good though.  Let United Stores, who owns Market Street,  in Lubbock, TX know that we would like to see more pre-prepared frozen GF breads and other gluten free products in their store.  Only by asking, can we expect for them to carry more products for us.  Contact them at http://www.unitedtexas.com.
