Meeting Agenda
GIG of Greater Dallas Support Group
Saturday July 16, 2016

10:00 AM

I scream. You scream. We all scream for ice cream...

July is flying by and our meeting is almost here.  If you're in town, we  hope you'll make time to attend this Saturday's meeting.  It's a good  one!

This Saturday, 7/16,  we welcome our guest speaker Liz Edwards (Cara Ellis' awesome aunt)  who will share her tips on meal planning and kitchen prep based on her  career as a home economics teacher and knowledge of special diets.  Come learn or be reminded of tips to save you time and money when preparing  healthy meals for yourself at home!

In addition, due to popular demand, we will again present our ice cream  social.  We will provide an assortment of gluten free and dairy free ice creams from the stores to sample as well as a homemade recipe to try  together.  We ask that each of you bri ng a topping to share; for example, fruit, coconut, nuts, sauces, whipped  cream, dairy free whipped cream, etc.
