New Applications / Membership Renewal                                  

Our group membership year starts each July. Our annual membership dues are only $20/family and are due by July 31. Those who have not renewed by this date will not receive the monthly newsletter or be given access to our username/password protected Members Only section of this website.

Take care of your renewal or new membership application now in one of the following ways:

  Come to the Next meeting and fill out an application form there.

  Fill out the form completely (online if you wish), print and mail along with your check to Kay Turner, 1505 Amesbury, Richardson, TX 75082. 

If you do not have a Username or do not know the Password to access the Members Page on the web site, please email Mindy Hadley , membership@dfwceliac.org and she will email your Username and Password to you after she has received your membership application. You can also fill out the form on the website in the Member Section and request website access to the Member Section.
