New Applications / Membership Renewal

Our group membership year starts each July. Our annual membership dues are only $20 / family and are due by July 31. Those who have not renewed by this date will not receive the monthly newsletter or be given access to our username/password protected Members Only section of this website.

Take care of your renewal or new membership application now in one of the following ways:

• Come to the Next meeting and fill out an application form there.
   
• Fill out the form completely (online if you wish), print and mail along with your check to Tiffany Siefkas, 8715 Southwestern Blvd., Apt 1136, Dallas, TX 75206.
   
• Online: Fill out the form completely and Submit it.  Pay the membership dues using PayPal.  When both have been processed, you will receive a Welcome Message, including your Username and Password, by email. Click the form link to get started.

If you are a member and do not have a Username or do not know the Password to access the Members Page on the web site, please email Tiffany Siefkas, membership@dfwceliac.org and she will email your Username and Password to you after she verifies your membership. You can also fill out the Support Form on the website in the Member Section and request website access to the Member Section.
