The Mentor Program

We offer a Mentor Program for newly diagnosed patients with Celiac Sprue who need help learning to live with the diet.  If interested in participating in the program, select the link in the Member Section of this website and select a Mentor. 

We also need Mentors to assist newly diagnosed Celiacs in coping with Celiac Sprue.  If interested, call Jessica Millsap or e-mail her at mentorchair@dfwceliac.org  

Meeting Place for the Gluten Intolerance Group of Greater Dallas
The support group usually meets at the Texas Health Resources University, behind the main campus at Presbyterian Hospital of Dallas.

Directions:
At the intersection of 7100 Greenville and Phoenix, turn toward the hospital, at the tee and stop sign,
turn left at Fogelson Lane & follow circle to the two story building on your right. Look for balloons  & GIG signs. Free parking.

The group meets from 10 a.m. to 12 AM. the third Saturday of every month, except in May when it holds an annual picnic and in December when it holds an annual holiday gathering.
